According to Harry, there are four distinct principles of being a leader – you need to be self-reflective at all times, balanced, have true self-confidence and genuine humility. Regardless of titles and organizational charts within a company, you can be a leader, as long as you follow these principles. 

Leadership is a journey, and you can always grow and improve as you go.
