Enjoy coaching teams and developing productive partnerships with colleagues. Much of my career has focused on the science and practice of win-win relationships. During my time in academia (Wharton PhD, Temple Faculty), my research focused on incentives that align the interests of individuals and organizations. Through my 15 plus years in healthcare, I have used data and science to make care more patient-centered, with a focus on initiatives that mutually benefit all stakeholders.
